Great info – I like survey gizmo but i agree the ongoing monthly fee is a little crazy for a non-survey site. It’s a shame they don’t provide a basic solution.

I know this is an old post but this plugin has actually worked well for me: http://www.bin-co.com/blog/2008/11/surveys-wordpress-plugin/

I was looking for one that had the ability for users to leave textarea answers and this one allows for it. It also keeps results and lets you aggregate them or export them to a .csv file.

I’ve used PeoplePulse before (good for Australian-based orgs) but requires licencing & not sureif it plugs to WordPress?

Thanks for your list of survey tools for WordPress. I’m only recently coming to WordPress so am still finding my way with it. Previously I’ve been using non-Wordpress surveying tools such as Survey Monkey, MachForm or LimeSurvey and wondered if you had come across integrations of these into WordPress by any chance?

I really like LimeSurvey – so if I’m going to use it, I think I’ll just have to reference it as an external link perhaps.

The top download on WordPress right now appears to be PollDaddy. It might be worth checking out. I am seeing a lot of good reviews about this company.
